Biodynamic wineries do seem to have a lot more women at the helm than other types of wineries. And that applies both in the vineyards and in the top dog's desk.

Today the winery announced the appointment of
Karen Peterson as Viticulturist, overseeing one of the two largest Biodynamic vineyards in the U.S. with 250 acres of certified vines.
